Four Fork accolade for Polaris World restaurant
The exquiste menu and fine service at the Polaris World AQVA restaurant has received a prestigious award.
The recently opened AQVA restaurant at the Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort near Torre Pachecco in Murcia, Spain has been categorised as a ‘four fork’ establishment. This prestigious restaurant offers traditional Spanish haute cuisine, skilfully combining local ingredients and its exclusive menu is complemented by a surprising selection of over 40 brands of mineral water from around the world as well as an impressive array of fine wines.
Chef Josu Sedano-Martin has created an exquisite menu which has now been recognised with the prestigious four fork accolade. And as well fine food, restaurant guests can expect a quality service provided by a professional and enthusiastic team.
