Polaris World Jardines de Alhama show apartments now open
Saturday 26th January saw the opening of for new show apartments at Polaris World's Jardines de Alhama Golf Resort
Two 3 bedroom ground floor apartments, and two 2 bedroom first floor apartments, are now open as show homes in the newly completed Garden 12 at the Polaris World Jardines de Alhama Golf Resort. A selection of photographs can be seen in our Polaris World Photo Gallery.
During a special preview visit on Friday 25th January, Polaris World's newly elected Golden Partner Agents for 2008 gave a unanimous thumbs up verdict after viewing the new apartments and the communal garden and swimming pool facilities.
James Espin, Director of Polaris World Golden Partner Agent Polaris Golf Property UK commented "I am delighted to report that the finished product is fabulous. Without exception, the 40 strong delegation of European Golden Partner Agents gave an extremely positive response and had seen their expectations exceeded"
In summary, the broad consensus was that the interiors of the apartments felt bigger than expected, the internal and external finish was of a high standard, the kitchens and bathrooms were of a good size and the fittings were of a very good standard, the ground floor terrace/garden and first floor terrace areas were bigger than expected and the solarium terrace was absolutely fantastic!
In addition, everyone commented on the spacious feel of the garden, the larger than expected size of the communal pool and in general, that the finished product represented exceptional value for money.
"We are very confident that our Jardines clients will be delighted with the end product and we are confident that the new show apartments will prove a valuable sales tool this year” said James Espin.
