Summary:

El Valle Golf Resort is the most exclusive resort in the Polaris World family to date. It has the lowest build density of any of the Polaris World Resorts; there are only 668 properties here on 1,100,000 square metres. The properties are a much higher specification than those built before and the resort features an 18 hole golf course by Nicklaus Design, a stunning clubhouse and numerous facilities.

Although most of the property has already been sold, we can offer a selection of apartments and stunning villas for resale on this exclusive resort. Many of our re-sales occupy prime positions and are being sold with furniture. You can choose between apartments and three types of villas - depending on your requirements. The apartments are a mixture of two bedroom properties some with two bathrooms and some with one. The villas are in three styles a three bedroom two bathroom property, a three bedroom three bathroom larger villa and a huge five bedroom five bathroom property. The finishes are superior to all the other resorts and include fully fitted kitchens, full piped air conditioning, better floor finishes and bathrooms. All the villas have private pools and all the properties have full central heating and timber shutters. The villas and apartments are all are set around the splendid 18 hole golf course, many in front line positions with spectacular views.

Sport & Leisure Facilities:

The new Clubhouse is now open including a Pro's shop, supermarket, Irish Bar, Restaurant, Chill out bar and terrace bar/dining. It is a fantastic building and will form the centre of the resort until a further plaza area is constructed nearby. The El Asador restaurant is open for and dinner on selected days, the Sandalo chill out bar is open daily and the Clover Irish Bar is open Wednesday to Sunday evenings.

Tennis courts and paddle tennis courts are available on site and communal swimming pools are located by the apartments throughout the resort.

The resort is on the Polaris World shuttle bus route so residents can use all the facilities at the La Torre, Mar Menor and Hacienda Riquelme Resorts without having to drive at all.

El Valle Golf Resort features a superb ‘desert' style golf course designed by Nicklaus Design. The golf course benefits from stunning scenery and presents a challenge to golfers of all levels. The El Valle golf course has 18 holes, is par 71 with 4 tees and has a subtle desert feel to it. It has 2 lakes, streams, small waterfalls and groups of bunkers all surrounded by rocks and abundant native vegetation which make this course one of the great challenges of the Nicklaus Golf Trail.

The Polaris El Valle Golf Resort is positioned between Banos and Mendigo. It is conveniently located for easy access via Spain's major airports and roads. It is approximately 15 minutes from both Murcia airport and the beaches at the Mar Menor Sea. The other Polaris World resorts of La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme, Las Terrazas and Mar Menor are all within 15 minutes drive and a shuttle bus service operates between these resorts.
