Resort Information

Condado de Alhama Golf Resort currently consists of three Resorts situated adjacent to an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. The properties at Los Naranjos de Alhama, Jardines de Alhama and La Isla de Alhama are fully completed and they share a resort centre offering bars, restaurants and a supermarket. 

Properties available: 2 and 3 bedroom resale and brand new, key ready garden apartments are available at both Jardines de Alhama and Los Naranjos de Alhama. 2 bedroom front line golf apartments with spectacular golf and mountain views are also available at Los Naranjos, as are 2 bedroom detached villas. The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments at La Isla are alongside and overlook the large lake at the centre of the Condado de Alhama resort. 

Sport & Leisure Facilities: The brand new Al Kasar Shopping Centre, a stunning building of Hispano-Arabic architecture constructed around a large fountain pool, opened in August 2009.  Al Kasar has a supermarket, an Irish Pub, two restaurants (Italian cuisine and Paella Rice) and a charming club house for the Signature golf course. Completed sports facilities include tennis courts and a large number of swimming pools evenly located around the resorts and shared by the garden, front line golf and island apartments.

Future development: Condado de Alhama, billed as a world of resorts, will eventually consist of 3 Nicklaus golf courses with 2 Bears Best courses, featuring Nicklaus's favourite holes from his courses around the world, being added to the existing 18 hole signature course. More restaurants and shops will be added to the Al Kasar centre as the resort's population expands in 2010 and a large municipal shopping and entertainment centre will be built by the resort's large central lake.

Location: The resort has a beautiful location beneath the stunning backdrop of the Carrascoy and Sierra Espuna mountains in fertile plains to the south of the city of Murcia. It is around 15 minutes from the fabulous beaches of the Bay of Mazarron on the delightful Costa Calida and is within easy reach of the rest of the Polaris World family of resorts.

Distance to beach: 15 minutes drive from the beaches of the Bay of Mazarron.
Distance to shopping: 30 minutes drive from the city centre shopping and retail parks of the city of Murcia.
Distance to airport: 15 minutes drive from Corvera International airport (opening 2011). 40 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier airport. 75 minutes drive from Alicante Airport.
