1.Boiler

Having a gas boiler in your home offers many advantages but also requires control and maintenance. To prevent any incidents in the home and to prolong the life of the boiler, Polaris recommend you always leave cleaning, fault finding and repairs, to a qualified technician.

2.Radiators

Regular bleeding of the radiators is essential and should be done when the water circulating through the heating system makes funny noises in the radiators. These noises are caused by air bubbles trapped between the panels, reverberating due to friction as the liquid passes through.

Once the air has been removed from the circuit, open the stopcock to fill the circuit and so reach the right level of pressure. To clean, you must remove any dust and grease stuck to the radiator. Run a vacuum cleaner with a narrow nozzle over the surface.
