Discover the unique concept of Polaris World living for yourself and witness the splendours of the Murcia region first hand, as our hosts accompany you on a tour of the area, the Polaris World resorts and show homes.
Our low cost viewing tour, conducted on a one to one basis with experienced and professional guides, is the best way to select your ideal property. Our aim is to make your stay as productive as possible but we also want you to relax and enjoy your trip. Our guides have comprehensive knowledge and direct experience of buying in the area and they aim to become your friend in the buying process through an open and relaxed approach. We guarantee that they will apply no pressure whatsoever and they will offer as much or as little support as you feel you need.

Flights can be arranged from the airport of your choice, subject to availability.
Your Itinerary
Day 1 - Flight from your chosen UK/ROI airport to either Alicante or San Javier (Murcia). On arrival in Spain you will be met by our representative and transported to your accommodation - 2 nights at the 5 Star Intercontinental Hotel Mar Menor Golf Resort. Dinner will be provided in the evening.
Day 2 - You'll leave the hotel after your included breakfast and visit the magnificent Polaris World showroom where current availability and prices will be confirmed and detailed models of the resorts and property types can be viewed.
You'll then enjoy fabulous tours of the completed Polaris World resorts and golf courses, where show apartments and villas and the facilities of the resorts can be inspected. And you'll visit the construction sites of the new resorts that may be of interest to you, allowing you to pin point the location of your preferred plot. A delicious lunch will be provided in one of the Polaris World Resort restaurants and again dinner will be included in the evening.
Day 3 - After breakfast, you'll have time to revisit any element of the tour so far.
If you have found a property you wish to purchase, our guides will assist you fully with the necessary reservation and contract procedures. We have established relationships with the leading English speaking Spanish banks and solicitors and can introduce you to their independent services to arrange all the necessary assistance.
After lunch, our representative will accompany you to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
Going Under Your Own Steam?
We appreciate that some of our clients will wish to plan their own travel and view property whilst they are away on holiday.
We are happy to arrange for you to meet with our representatives who will accompany you on a tour of the area, Polaris World resorts and show homes.
